At Unblank, every order is carefully packed and inspected before shipment. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered.

As our products are made-to-order and/or printed specifically for customers, all sales are considered final.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Personal preference regarding design, color, or size
  • Ordering by mistake
  • Delayed delivery caused by courier services

Refunds & Replacements for Damaged Products

We only offer a replacement or refund if the product arrives damaged during transit.

To be eligible, customers must:

  1. Record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
  2. Ensure the damage is clearly visible in the video.
  3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  4. Provide the order number, photographs, and the original unboxing video.

Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Verification Process

Once we receive your claim, our team will review the provided evidence. If the claim is approved, we may offer:

  • A free replacement product, or
  • A full refund to the original payment method

The decision will be made at our sole discretion based on the evidence provided.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

  • No unboxing video is provided.
  • The claim is reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
  • Damage occurred after delivery.
  • Minor variations in color due to screen settings or lighting conditions.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Refusal to accept the delivery.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
